With the love of fashion and styling in her DNA, Tania Shabazz is the Founder of Oblige Boutique LLC, an online boutique experience that focuses on celebrating the uniqueness of every individual.
A Boston native, she has over 20 years in retail management experience and over 5 years in the non-profit financial services sector in financial coaching and financial services management. She is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) by the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education®.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management, Marketing, and International Business from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
Tania is a mom of two lovely little guys, a food enthusiast “in her own right”, thrift shopper, lover of live music, and must engage in good food and great company from time to time with her family and friends!

- With the love of fashion and styling in her DNA, Tania Shabazz is the Founder of Oblige Boutique LLC, an online boutique experience that focuses on celebrating the uniqueness of every individual. A Boston native, she grew up around tons of clothing, textures and fabrics, sounds of the sewing machine, and fashion shows by her mom who was a fashion designer. So, it’s to no surprise Tania developed her love of clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, and all things to be worn that can reflect a piece of herself!
She has over 20 years in retail management experience and over 5 years in the non-profit financial services sector in financial coaching and financial services management. Rooted in her passion for creating natural experiences when servicing customers, she believes that layering her service with a “personal touch” can linger with a person, leaving a lasting impression for someone through the art of connecting. Tania gets excited at how creativity draws in a customer and how each piece may be part of building memories and stories. She wears her heart on her sleeve and often welcomes others with a warm hug....and an occasional deep, meaningful conversation if you are up for it.
